About Jacquard weaving
Jacquard weaving is a technique developed in Lyon, France, around 1800. This technique makes it possible to weave very complex patterns. In 1900, Willem van Engelen and Peter Evers started a ribbon weaving mill in the beautiful village of Heeze, in the south of the Netherlands. Their wonderful legacy still lives on as the current 4th generation of Evers leads the company. EE Exclusives has grown into a global supplier of world-class jacquard woven labels and ribbons for fashion and other industries.
