For many years we have been walking around with the idea of weaving the 21st Century Gobelins. The fantastic technique of Gobelin making was originally done by hand around 1650, producing some of the most detailed and precious pieces of textile ever made. With the combination of our craftsmanship and the specific qualities that our machines have, we are able to produce fabrics with the same level of detail and prestige. Unique jacquard woven tapestry royal palace
We worked for example with Scheltens&Abbenes on a unique tapestry for the Blauwe Salon in the Huis Ten Bosch Royal Palace .. where we translated the HiRes photo’s taken by Scheltens&Abbenes into a ultra high definition weave. We can weave our Ultra High Definition quality right next to more tactile textures, to create very rich and textured textiles.

Another example is our co-creation with Inside Outside (Petra Blaise). We produced a fantastic 120meter long curtain for Das Düsseldorfer Schauspielhaus used in the foyer of this Architectonic masterpiece.
