EE Exclusives - Jaquard weaving

3D woven textile products developments

Custom made weaving machines

Our custom made machines have the most precise looms in Europe, with over 12.500 precision point over 150cm of width. We can split these into different layers by which we can create multi layered, 3D woven textiles.

Programmed 3D weaving

We strongly believe in the power of 3D weaving, which makes it possible to weave textile products directly on the machine, of the loom. It makes it possible to weave seamless finished products, which cuts out the conventional finishing of products. Seams, pockets, tunnels and sleeves can be programmed directly into the fabric.

3D woven products examples

This makes it possible to create finished products or half fabricates like:

  • furniture sleeves
  • flexible casting moulds
  • fashion and interior accessories
  • interior accessories like lamp(shades)
  • and many more …

Secrid

Together with Secrid® we created a woven wallet for example, as an alternative to their leather wallet collections.

After the fashion show, the fabrics hung on the wall as a beautiful painting. Is fashion art? The name of the collection says it all WEARABLE ART. One of the artworks was purchased by Museum Booijmans van Beuningen.
